Tapout Fitness Woodstock offers an incredible selection of unique and creative fitness classes. One of the foundations of our fitness class schedule is mixed martial arts (MMA). Tapout Fitness is not a standard MMA program, as we have taken the best and most exciting elements of MMA training, and fused them with our fitness based ethos, in order to give you the best of both worlds!

Tapout Fitness Woodstock can teach you to be a real warrior! Come learn useable MMA skills in our technical classes(both striking and grappling), participate (if you choose) in our weekly sparring class that takes place in the Tapout Fitness cage, and join in on the Tapout Fitness weekend warrior boxing/MMA tournaments that occur 3 times per year.
